Local news no where near LA area acting like they are breaking the news of KB's death first though it has been known for hours. Mention yes. Dwell on - reallY? Why? And every media outlet trotting out tweets related to his passing from random semi-famous people. I've been bummed about his death all day but to hijack the story for clicks and ratings when you are unrelated to it is wrong and gruesome. If i need to know what a certain person thinks I'll follow them on twitter.

He was one of the most famous athletes in the world, and it’s huge news all around the world and you expect the news to just ignore it?

Showing the twitter comments is no different from reporters reaching out to certain people for their reactions years ago before social media took off.
