Why would a player take anything whatsoever that isn’t approved by the team?

Dec 28, 2018, 9:32 AM

Like, anything? That should be communicated early and often, that you can’t take ANYTHING own your own. How stupid...our All-American DL has consumed the attention away from the team, and took focus away from a major game preparation, because he took something, whatever it was, outside the knowledge of the team. Just absolutely stupid. I don’t feel sorry for him, I’m angry at him, I’m angry at the coaches for not beating into the players heads that you can’t EVER take ANYTHING that doesn’t get approved by the team first. How stupid.

I went down this path already. The team does everything right already. Some things are out of the teams control.

This will be a learning situation for.....

Dabo and the team. Expect tighter controls over anything taken in the future.

Don't be presumptuous. If you want to see something stupid,

He said himself

Dec 28, 2018, 9:36 AM

He hasn’t changed up his supplement routine that is provided by the team. So are you calling him a liar? And has he done anything before this to give any reason not to give him the benefit of the doubt?

Not surprising your pulse is so low.

Why even drug test then? Why not just ask the coach or the players? It would certainly take less time and money.

Nice pulse

Dec 28, 2018, 10:38 AM

I know if I was in this situation and knew that I messed up, I wouldn’t let my coach go to bat for me knowing he was lying and I #### sure wouldn’t have shown up to media day and doubled down that I didn’t know what it came from.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Well Coot, we don't know that they did consume anything not

approved by the staff. As has been pointed out in several articles, the stuff may well be in a supplement, even though the supplement is not labeled as such!

Sentiments are best expressed based upon facts....

Dec 28, 2018, 9:37 AM

At this point we have absolutely NO FACTS other than those expressed by our staff and team member.

Hence, caution cast to the wind is never a good course.

You sound foolish. You sound like only Dexter tested positive and did so intentionally. The players have said they did not change their supplements or routines, I chose to believe them. Has it been released if all three students tested the exact same amount

Can you imagine...

Dec 28, 2018, 9:57 AM

having to be extraordinarily cautious about EVERY single bite you take and EVERYTHING you drink when you're not at the complex.
Just think about it!!
Try it for a week and see what it's like.

Anything could have become contaminated? Including a cup at McDonald's.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

There have been cases where approved products were contaminated
