As an OSU fan I can only think of one and that is winning the rushing battle. Ohio State is very hard to beat when they control the ball for 37 or more minutes, keep opposing offenses off the field, and rush for over 200 yards. This is the sort of thing that forces opposing teams to turn the ball over as spread teams do generally have a hard time rushing the ball. It really feels like a game where OSU is the dog despite Vegas' line. Urban will have the team gnawing at the leash but I just can't get a gut feeling for this game yet.

To borrow an old movie line and modify it a little to fit here, "Them dead, and them not even know it". I just hope their team and coaches feel this way. I expect they thought the same thing the other times we played them, too.

Forgot about BIG DEX, who at 6-5 340 is the biggest brick in that wall. I remember reading similar rants from OSU fans a few years ago, Braxton Miller this, Carlos Hyde that, and look what happened. #33 was a nightmare for Miller. #10 will be the same nightmare for Barrett.

remind us again what happens if OSU isn't #6
in the country in turnovers.
They lose the turnover battle at PSU - and they lose.
As to comparing what OSU did against Oklahoma
to what they'll do against Watson,
someone tell that fool what Clemson did to Mayfield in two bowl games.
His problem is he's looking at Big XII stats as if they mean something.

And we needed a miracle for a 33 yard chipshot down the middle fieldgoal miss from NC State to be even in this conversation right now. Lots of teams were able to run the ball on us. Every team has its days. Only way to find out which team shows up is to play the game.

Every time some dumba$$ calls it a missed FG, I laugh, we forced one miss earlier,blocked one and he tried to kick around the defenders to miss his last one.

Reason #1 is that the Buckeye defense is almost singularly built to defend the spread offense ??? They get a lotta spread offenses up in the B1G do they ?
