For you T. Petty fans, it was "The Traveling Wilburys" that

lead to and eventually helped develop Petty's Full Moon Fever. While picking up his guitar he left at Petty's home, George Harrison at the last moment invited Petty to join his sessions with himself, Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan, and Jeff Lynne on a B-side for a single off his Cloud Nine album, called "Handle with Care." The song was deemed too good for a B-side, and since the all five men were enjoying themselves, the union lead to a full collaboration album.

Later that year, Jeff Lynne went on to help Petty co-write and produce Full Moon Fever, which was released the following year.

have worked for some very established musicians. Although ELO was kind of a large, partially electronic, ongoing collaboration that I think most of it's contributor's probably never got a lot of credit either. ;)

So sorry to hear that bad news. "Breakdown" is one of my all time favorite songs by them.

Love a lot of Petty's songs, the one that really helped get me through a lot of dark nights was "King's Highway", which oddly enough was never released as a single or video. Almost up there with that Johnny Cash remake of NIN's "Hurt" for cathartic value.
