No we’re done. We will win 40 at least to satisfy people until we lose in a home regional again. Same old story. Monte has 1 super regional.

I'd rather be a #2 seed that makes the CWS like in '10 rather than a Nat'l Seed that loses at home like we did in '16. These losses suck, but if f*ck up and make it to a Super it's all good. With what we've seen thus far, I'm not optimistic, but I won;t write it off either. That team in '05 finished one win away from the CWS and was around .500 midway through the season.

I will pull for the Tigers and they might get better.
But it’s going to be a struggle to beat good teams.
Luckily we have enough avg to bad teams left to get us into a regional.
There is no way this team gets past that batting 245 and striking out 10 times a game .

You are the dipchit if you are satisfied with the way this team is headed.
It’s got the making of 9 years in a row we will not even see a super.
Winning 23 games at the halfway point even makes it more pitiful that this team has no shot at the CWS.

No , I just enjoy the process . I like to pull for my team and I take the good with the bad .
Kind of my life approach .
We lost a baseball game to a Top 10 team in the middle of our year . Nothing more and nothing less . No need to get all panicky and paranoid over it .

I hate when we lose, but as I said a moment ago, we had a team in '05 that was around .500 at the midway point. This team could get hot the last week of the year and do big things with the pitching we have. But I do think it's okay to be concerned at this point when we have lost Regionals the last three times we've hosted them dating back to '11. And we really struggled down the stretch last year with a team built very similar to what we have now.

That's a fairly presumptuous statement to make ... considering we don't know anything about one another , DK .

No it doesn’t show how much of a fan u are. Any clemson fan can go to a game to enjoy it. I only showed those pics to prove I am a clemson fan. If u wanna argue positive or negative I can meet in the middle with u, but it gets old being told I’m not a clemson fan. Yes it was a presumptuous statement but u gotta give me some reason to believe u watch the games. Talk about the game with us. Agree or disagree we can keep it civil. Unlike me and deroberts anymore

Well said dug. I just hate losing to uga in anything. Even though they are top 10. It still hurts and feels awful. Not panicking or paranoid. We split with like coastal, that’s ok... but did I say I hate uga worse than coots.

With ya there . Losing to UGA is never anything I wanna see Clemson do . Spent last Friday playing golf on Jekyll Island with my Coot brother ... and two old friends who live in Woodbine Ga and love the Dawgs .
They've both let me know they beat us tonight just in the last 15 minutes.
No fun .

He's younger , and always picked the opposing team when we were little kids ...so competitive to the last blade of grass .
He also beat me by 5 strokes in our round .

From 1988 to 2005, South Carolina only won 4 out of 18 games vs Clemson.
From 1990 to 2000, they won 3 out of 11.
