Credit the officials for that Denver td

Feb 7, 2016, 7:10 PM

What a bs call on that reception by cotchery. Panthers would have had the ball around mid field. Then what do you know, a strip sack for a TD.

Absolute bull$hit

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

True, but

Feb 7, 2016, 7:11 PM

He should have just caught the ball

Feb 7, 2016, 7:12 PM

He did catch the ball.

Ball hit the ground

Feb 7, 2016, 7:12 PM

Incomplete....

When did the ball hit the ground? Even if it did, he had control the whole time. The ball can hit the ground if you are controlling it.

One of the worst calls I've ever seen. No excuse for missing that on replay.

Re: Ball hit the ground

Feb 7, 2016, 7:22 PM

No he didn't control it. He did not maintain control when he first hit the ground - and the ball came loose....

Re: Ball hit the ground

His hand was clearly under the ball when he first hit the ground. What are you watching?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

pretty sure he's trolling***

Feb 7, 2016, 7:24 PM

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

' trolling '!? Really? Is that your best ?

Feb 7, 2016, 7:42 PM

C'mon, we simply disgree! Yes, the hand is under the ball - when he GIRST hits the ground, but the ball DOES hit the ground, as well. But MOST importantly, he also FAILS to control the ball 'throughout the play' - note it is out of his control and he is attempting to regain control! Go bavk and look at Bryant's 'no catch' vs the Packers two years ago....

as I understand things...

Feb 7, 2016, 7:46 PM

if the ball can be loose as long as it doesn't hit the ground, otherwise it's a live ball. Since the ball never touched the ground and he clearly has control by the time the play ends, it's a catch.

Pretty simple

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

LOL. Ball never touched the ground. At all.***

Clearly the nose of the ball touched the ground , while he was bobbling it uncontrollably .

Pretty sure the call was based on lack of control, which I'll agree with. But it never touched the ground.

Not what I saw . Looled like the ball's nose was on the ground .

A decision will be reversed only when the Referee has indisputable visual evidence available to him that warrants the change.

They just gave it back with that bogus taunting call when both players were not on the field but on the sidelines. Panther guy threw a punch on the field.

If you don't want controversial calls don't make controversial plays. Catch the ball the first time.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

That was clearly incomplete from my vantage point.***

Clearly incomplete?? Ha-ha, right. That's why the officials took so long. That's why they didn't confirm the call, only let it stand, because it was "clearly incomplete". Riiight!

replays.....you decide

Looking at that video, I'm confused what people are arguing about. When did the ball hit the ground without him having control of it?

Feb 7, 2016, 8:29 PM

Um, that wasn't a catch bro. It hit the ground during his roll to the ground. I'm sending maybe you're a Panthers fan....?

2024 white level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Not a Panthers fan and didn't see it hit.

Anyone that thinks that was not a catch! either wasn't watching, are blind bronco fans or don't know what a catch is. It was bobbled but never touched the ground! IT WAS A CATCH! It will come out in the next few weeks. ANY ARGUMENT TO THE CONTRARY IS BASIS AND FUTILE!! If it were Denver's play I'd say the same thing!!
GO PANTHERS!!!
