Coaching!!

Now comes the good part! Coaching the talent. Walk-ons can turn to 4-5 stars with the coaching and commitment from the players themselves. Some kids will not get a lot of attention in HS(small towns/bad programs) or their grades may be borderline or their size may not be ideal. But when they get coached well, get into weight program and get a chance to play early, that can supersede an initial ranking. Gaines was a 2 star/3 star. IJS.. I'm excited because it's a clean slate and we have coached that get a lot from our kids.

Don't forget Grady Jarrett.. 2 Star, V. Beasley played TE and LB first, TJ Green.. 2 Star..
