Chris Okey has moved up from Rookie League to Class A...

I wanted to pass on to everyone a Chris Okey update. After playing in nine games for the Billings Mustangs of the Pioneer League, Okey was called up to the Dayton Dragons. He's played in four games so far with an average of .143 in 14 at bats. I have a partial season ticket plan and was able to see his first hit, a double into the right field corner. He also had a game tying RBI later in the game.

Okey has hit another homer and his average is climbing. Following other Tigers in the minors. Pulling for all former tigers...

Okey AB=61 AVG=.197 BB/K=1/13
Wilson AB=48 AVG=.313 BB/K=4/2
White AB=43 AVG=.302 BB/K=6/15
