Illegal contact to the head of a defenseless player [the crown of his helmet hit Jameis's Helmet] and he was ejected in the second half... which means automatic ejection for the first half of the next game as well.

Wasn't the crown, but still technically illegal.

But this is not being enforced evenly across college football. They need to stop making this a reversible call or not enforce it unless the player is actually injured. Rival teams have been forgiven and allowed to stay in the game for every game that I have seen this year.
