How did we make out with the MLB draft? Did we hold onto most of our class /under class man ?

Just heard on my local NBC news in Myrtle Beach on the sports that 2019 signee Dylan Brewer a Outfielder from Latta,SC/Latta High School drafted in the 32nd Round by the San Francisco Giants will still be coming to Clemson...https://www.scnow.com/sports/article_9b766006-87d3-11e9-8abe-57c0ba2b4b7a.html

this morning lecroy said he was an early round pick but told everyone he was going to school and gave a very high signing number. hence why he lasted so long.

We got two good ones coming from river bluff in 2020. Ricky Williams and Alex Urban. I’ve seen Ricky pitch a couple times and the high school kids can’t hit him.

He was supposed to go to the regionals with the team but he had a commitment.

As of right now Clemson is only guaranteed to lose SS Nasim Nunez. After the first 10 rounds went without another signee being drafted I assumed that's all theyd lose. But Texas drafted P Gavin Collyer in the 12th round and theres some rumors they may offer him 2nd round money. They drafted a bunch of college guys in their first 10 rounds so they could sign them for less and use more money on a HS guy. From what i've seen its going to be a close call on if Collyer shows up or takes the money. If they offer him 2nd round money youre looking at a kid being drafted in a spot that pays $100k but getting $1M instead. French, Anglin, and Brewer were also going to be high picks but gave big numbers to sign them away so we're getting at least 3 really good players. Add Raffield and Strider coming back from injury that's at least 3 good pitchers plus if we get Collyer to campus thatd be a good haul.

WE GET IT. YOU DONT LIKE ANY COACHES AT CLEMSON UNLESS THEY WIN EVERY GAME. I REMEMBER NOT LONG AGO WHEN YOU WANTED DABO RAN OUT OF TOWN. VERY SAD VERY SAD.
