Away Game Tickets

For the first time in decades, I ordered (non-bowl) away game tickets.
I got an email from IPTAY today that said, "Your away game tickets have been fully allocated based on the number of tickets you requested" and there is a link "to view how many tickets you will receive."

When I go to the link, I see how many tickets I requested but it doesn't say how many I will receive. Also the price and balance are 0.00. Does this mean I did or did not get away game tickets?

Probably 0 as credit card has been charged.

The way my email from the Clemson ticket department that I also received today read about the 1 ticket for the UNC and USC game I ordered and was fully allocated,it said that I will not be charged until the middle July and at that time they will let me know about my seating assignment.

It means your order was fully allocated, which means you'll get what you asked for...and you'll be charged in mid July.
