Since I grew up in Alabama, I still have a lot of friends

Jan 9, 2017, 1:55 PM

there. Many of my high-school friends went to Auburn, the arch-enemy of UAla. So, I made the obligatory "Go Tigers!" post on Facebook. I was surprised at the number of Auburn grads/fans are cheering for UAla. Has to be the $EC homerism.

Although I did see one Gamecock say they were pulling for Clemson.

Go Tigers! Make Saban blow a gasket!

I went to Jacksonville State with him. Very good athlete!

My brother finished Jax State.

If I am not mistaken, Pat played QB for the Albertville Aggies.

I was a band geek :)

He did and then signed with Auburn out of high school. He transferred out and played basketball at Jacksonville State.

My wife went to Auburn and her parents still live there...all of the Auburn people I've spoken to are pulling for Clemson. Believe it or not, Auburn and Bama hate each other more than Clemson and USuCk. You imagine if USuCk won 4 of the last 7 Championships? I would beg for someone to beat them.
