California’s ballot this year.

“ The proposal would reverse a 1996 constitutional amendment approved by 55 percent of voters that banned “preferential treatment” based on "race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin."

Finally, someone serious about equality.

The want to 'prefer,' minorities. That legislation says they can choose who get which government services according to the color of their skin, religion or sexual preference. They are going to determine who is first in line.

They just gave trans-males license to dominate women's sports. Anyone who thinks the constitution isn't keeping up. The unintended consequences of that decision will haunt the halls of justice for decades.

No, they do not want to prefer "minorities". They want to prefer screw whites (minorities) and, to a lesser extent, Asians (also minorities). They want to benefit blacks (minorities) and Mexicans (who will soon be majorities).
