Sent them an email yesterday here is response I got.

Thank you for your e-mail. As you know we currently do not carry the ACC Network in our lineup but hope that in the near future we will be able to have them join the DISH family.

Your feedback is appreciated. If you reply to this e-mail providing me with your DISH Network account number I can placed a programming request on its behalf for the ACC Network. Please be advised that placing a programming request is not a guarantee that the ACC Network will join our lineup.
