Yeah, we knew that. It's an issue, though, if people

do whatever they want. We have failed as a country. I do not worry about it, but I am not ready to try out the whole herd immunity thing.

Here's some more data LBB. As of 9:46 PM, the worldometer tracking site for Coronavirus states there have been 7,717,995 confirmed positives in the U.S. and 215,735 deaths. That is a Case Death Rate of 2.79%. This was about 3.3% in mid August.

There have been 4,927,117 in the U.S. fully recovered + the 215, 725 deaths = 5,142,852 cases dispositioned. That leaves 2,575,143 quarantined and/or being treated.

This site continues to update and has changed since I started.

ONLY 38k people died in auto accidents last year so #### seatbelts and speed limits, run red lights. YOLO.

military_donation.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

That's a pretty lousy analogy.

Oct 6, 2020, 10:40 PM

How about 38k died in car accidents so let's close all highways and secondary roads and only open them for essential traffic?

Now THAT is a lousy analogy.

It seems like the general consensus is everyone should wear masks, stay 6 feet apart, and avoid large gatherings. There are more complicated issues with the hospitality industry or schools meeting in person, but that's not what we're talking about, is it?

214,000 deaths out of 7.53 million confirmed cases = 2.8%

Bill, how many people have to die to make it worth your while to wear a mask and social distance ??

Extremely stupid post. Shameful. The lack of sympathy and empathy for others is sad.
