We will prolly be 26-11 after this game and have lost 4 out of 5.
What y’all think the final record will be ?
I say we go 11-8 the rest of the way for a 37-19 record.
Will have to win a couple in the tournament to get a host.

Well if you are happy with a team that gets worse as the year goes on .
Then I guess everything is all good.
This will be 2 years in a row a team full of talent is not getting better each game.

11 wins puts us so outside of hosting - nothing we do in the ACC tournament would matter. We need 16-17 wins to get back into a top 16 rpi. 15-4 or 14-5 over the last 19 and we might get into the hosting discussion with an ACC tourney championship.

The rest of the schedule except FSU is not that great.
WF,UVA and Pitt are young teams but they won’t be easy

We ended a national seed with a similar record after winning the ACC 2 years ago

The ACC - and subsequently our RPi - were much stronger that year.

They don’t necessarily go by RPI to select host sight.
It’s mostly about money and Clemson will put in a good bid
|

Well then let me qualify it - there is no scenario where we are a 1 seed host with only 11 more regular season wins. Perhaps if some podunk school who doesn’t have the proper facilities to host locks down a 1 seed then we can host as a 2 or 3.

I didn’t say it was a lock but we end up with 37-40 wins we have a good chance to host .
But more that likely you are right we will be on the road because it’s going to be a struggle to win games.
