vehicle... Unlicensed, unqualified driver motoring down the streets. How do you get insurance as an unlicensed driver?
Whomever has insurance on that car... what type of coverage do they have, and does it cover this unlicensed driver if he crashes into another vehicle?
Yep, doesn't sound like a big deal to me.

Happens thousands of time every day. I certainly don't approve but it is rather common place.
I guess the belt violation was the probable cause.

drivers on the road who get arrested everyday, but that seems a little high...
All it takes is one of these unqualified ding dongs driving poorly to seriously hurt or kill someone. (and damage/destroy property)
One of my relatives was T-boned by an uninsured driver and it was a mess. The faulty driver had no means to pay for things he broke (cousin, vehicles, and a boat). I know uninsured is not the same as unlicensed AND uninsured, but at the end of the day neither have insurance coverage to pay to fix things they break...

No courtesy given, right-of-ways not observed, rolling stops at stop signs, speeding through neighborhoods...
I guess I am getting old, but I also think that people feel more entitled to everything-whether they earn it or not. I guess the right to drive should be thrown in there also...

Lol yeah right, look for Richt to look like he's about to fall asleep by week 3.
Richt is one thing, a recruiter. He can't produce on the field because he doesn't have the balls to make big calls.

Not only was Smart a dumb hire, Richt was a dumb fire. Teams that aren't satisfied with 9-10 wins each year are somewhat spoiled beyond any hope. Now those stupid dawg fans are gonna pay, and pay huge. It will be years before jawja recovers from this nonsense. Couldn't happen to a better bunch.
