Quick recruiting note....

Now that I am back home and settled I am in recruiting mode again. From everything I am hearing, the 2017 class is done at every position except running back. I've asked which RBs the staff is chasing, and it looks like they are guys who are committed elsewhere and it's best to not publicize them at this point. The dead period ended at midnight so the coaches are reaching back out to prospects and commits, and they will have visitors in Saturday.

I am a little miffed at the size of this year's class considering Dabo recently stated that we will only be taking about 15 next year, too.
Are these smaller classes just a product of the staff doing things right (fewer transfers/lack if academic casualties) or are we possibly setting ourselves up for depth issues moving forward?
I trust Dabo and the boys 100%, but it makes me a little nervous when everyone around us seems to take 25-30 a year.
