PSSST - Here's what really happened today.

We brought in a top 5 recruiting class
We landed the #8 Dual Threat QB, #3 APB, #4,#23 & #52 WR, #13 TE, #10 & #19 OG, #59 OT, #2 & #16 DT, #11 Strong Side DE, #1 OLB, #3 & #30 ILB, #10 CB and #32 safety per Rivals
We have 3 top 100, 4 more 101 - 200 and 3 more 201 - 300 per Scout.
We shored up all our needs and got great quality and character players.
We barely lost out on the #1 player, but he gave us a fair shot and we closed well to make it close.
I think most importantly, we didn't have anyone flip, we are able to lock down our classes before the next season starts and we landed 4 out of 5 targets we went after who signed on signing day or the night before.
We were in the Natty last year and we just got better.
The 2017 class looks to be as good or better than this year.
Thank you to the coaching staff, the players and all the recruits and their families who gave us a shot.

but wish we could have gotten one more big time lineman (OL or DL). Also would have been nice to get one more big linebacker. But overall, great job.

For those of us (and I assume there are others besides myself) who do not know all the details as others do, this is exactly the breakdown I was looking for..perfect....and it sure looks good! The Clemson brand is certainly getting better every day and the future looks terrific.
