Most of those polls were of the general population vote which she did win.

Also, almost every AP pre-season poll bares little resemblance to the final.

I think the general concensus of the football population thought USC should not have been on top 5 and Tennessee should not have been anywhere near the top 25.

And remember our recruiting is ALWAYS lower than everyone else's ranking. Our coaching staff does a wonderful job of identifying the best players to develop....;)
