NC state guy hit Galman. Ohio guy gets ejected and NC state guy wasn't even flagged.

The guy "in the booth" ( wherever that is ) needs to tell the ref that this has occurred, and the ref then drops a flag. That lets the booth guy and the ref review the hit and decide if targeting needs to be called. These guys have all this technology and are afraid to use it!
