He is definitely up to the challenge. I believe if he continues to ball out he will be the defensive player of the game.

O'Daniel is strong against the run and pass

He's the perfect SAM LB who can lay the wood on the run game but run with TEs. All of our other options at NB have a weakness. From a pure athletic standpoint O'Daniel does not

Like to explain why you think Ben will be so awesome in this game, He didn't do anything against them last year. Couldn't get off blocks. I love Ben but he's not fast enough IMO. Dorien O' Daniel is the entire package.

ND, OU, Aub, FSU... to name a few. A smaller, quicker LB doesn't match up with Bamas big oline, tes, and fb/backs smashmouth football. ODaniel will spy Hurts while Ben is laying wood on Bo

We have nobody behind him. There are better players on D possibly, but we can fill the spots behind them to an extent. We have nothing behind O'Daniel.
