People have awesome tv's now. I am not sure how much someone would have to pay me to watch a game from up there. I dont even want to go with the best seats in the house.

Yeah, the trend now seems to be upgrading stadiums to have more boxes and comfort qualities, sometimes even reducing seat count to do so.
Similar to new Death Valley project, sounds like a good chunk of it is created a second West Zone club, making the seats in the west better, and making the overall experience better (better jumbotron and sound system).
Probably necessary, I think most (not us, but most) schools are struggling to sell tickets, since home coverage is so good.
The game tonight is a good example. Should be a great game, but with the rain expected, prices have plummeted on StubHub. Much more comfortable to watch from home. But if it's dry and comfy to go, why not?
