Neflix suggestions

Feb 5, 2016, 10:14 AM

Finished watching "Hell on Wheels" a few days ago. Now I'm wandering in the tv show desert trying to find another show. Anybody have any suggestions on what to watch next that is like HOW on plot development and character development? Something gritty? I've been trying to get into Flashpoint but it seems too much like a cop sitcom to me. Don't too much care for the whole; beginning, problem, some drama, solution, end type shows. Like to see plot and character development through the season like with HOW. Hell it took 3 episodes to find out what would happen to Cullen with the Mormons.

if your not turned off by blood and gore. The first two season were very good. Season 3 is kind of a bore and the 4th season is a little weird. Each season is it's own story so you don't have to watch each season to keep up with a story line.

Breaking Bad definitely the best. After that watch Better Call Saul. First season just hit and season 2 starts next week I believe on AMC.

Weeds was awesome but probably lasted a season too long. 30 minute episodes so it's an easy watch.

SOA was great!!

Watching Sirens now. It's vulgar comedy which I love. If you like The League then you'll love Sirens.

Just finished Narcos and a definite must see. Only one season so you can binge that this weekend.

Hell on Wheels is great

Feb 5, 2016, 4:27 PM

I hated when I got to the last episode. Where is Cullen going next?

If you liked Hell on Wheels then you MUST get Deadwood, all 3 seasons. I don't think Netflix streams it but get it. It is hands down the greatest western series since Lonesome Dove. It's really, really that good.

It's loosely based on true events. The principles were actually residents.

Go to Walmart and buy the first season. You'll buy all 3.

Once you see the first season, you will think of me as your finest friend. It's really MUCH better than Hell on Wheels and I really liked Hell on Wheels!

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Re: Hell on Wheels is great

Feb 5, 2016, 4:30 PM

Plus, I really like seeing the hashtags when i type Hell. Everytime you mention Hell on Wheels it does the little hashtag thingys for the hell which is apparently banned by the prudish mods. Hell should not be banned. It is in the Bible. To ban hell is, well... a hell of a thing.

Oh hell yeah...

House of Cards, Marco Polo and Daredevil

Feb 5, 2016, 1:53 PM
