1 Coach Lee is the man along with his coaches.
2 Pitching is the major difference between last year and this year.

3 Pender up in BA ---.294-.333....power is down a little
Rohlman up in BA---.274-.306
Cox up in BA---.224-.295 huge lift to team along with the HR's
Davidson BA---.264 vs White BA .272 fielding .895(D) vs .937 White ( white led team in SB)
Beer......down .360 to .253.....still best player in country.
Williams..up in BA--.245-.274
Byrd....BA--.268 vs Wilson BA .279 (45 rbi) fielding .962(B)vs.966 Wilson (2nd in SB and 1st Sf+sh)

4 Pull out Okey an all american catcher that hit .339 with 15 HR's and you can see the hitting losses is being picked up by the returning players raising their hitting YTD. The new players this year have tremendous potential, so be patient. I know that some are concerned with defense and just remember that players need our support. Sometimes players have played with bad injuries ex White and Kreiger both had to have arm surgery and Wilson suffered with turf toe soph year. All these tigers are having excellent pro careers and will always be tigers
