giving all of his buddies scholarships and giving his old coach a job on the Michigan coaching staff doesn't qualify as "incentives." This dude better sweep his own doorstep before he comes trying to sweep Dabo's, or anybody else's for that matter.

Some 3rd party tweeted the guy "thinks" incentives (whatever the heck that is) were offered and he doesn't actually specify which school or schools---its a lame attempt at character assassination---which, IMO, is perpetuated by this post
