I believe that is Jemison, but he doesn't look 7'0".

I know that basketball heights are rarely exact, but Simms (to the left of Jemison) is listed at 6'8" and Jonathan Baehre in the middle of the picture is listed at 6'10." Javan White, to the left of Baehre, is also listed at 6'10." If those heights are correct, there is no way Jemison is over 6'9" or maybe 6'10."
Interestingly, Skara on the far left looks as tall as Baehre and White, but is only listed at 6'8."

It looks to me like Skara's end is closer to the camera. He would look taller as he is in the foreground. Also the frame doesn't look squared to the plane of the sidewalk. Does that make sense? A lot of variables can throw off the perception of the viewer.

Look at the base of the wall behind them. They're on a hill. Skara is towards the top of the hill. Jemison is furthest towards the bottom.
