If FSU had beaten NC State and was therefore still 10-1, yes I think so

That win would have put us at 6 or 7 in the country? We've had 7 more wins since then...11-0? Yeah, we'd be #2 by now with each team ahead of us losing. We might even be #1 since we were ahead of ND at the time.

not necassarily the bottom line because there are 3 teams ahead of Clemson and FSU with 2 losses...


I think we need to think about the fact that if we had lost to FSU and slipped up to a team like NCSt. we would be 16 or 17 instead of 6 or 7 like those other teams..
