Want to know why year in, year out we just seem to plug and play most positions? Because rather than leaving the 1s in all game against Jabroni State University, coaches play backups early and often, and they are ready when its their turn. So we dont always hang 50+, but in the end it tends to all work out. C'mon folks let CDS keep working his formula, it seems pretty darn good to this guy!

don't care if you were a 10-Star coming in, you are not going to be a starter unless you have CLEARLY shown it in practice and during game time. He followed this progression with DW4 AND Trevor, and it made both of them humble Superstars. The only Day 1 starting example I can think of real quick was Sammy Watkins, who was just a freak of nature.

He is doing the same on the defensive side of the ball right now. It will only be a short while, IMHO before Bresee and Burch force their way into the starting lineup.

No other coaching staff in the country can boast the results Dabo and his staff have the last 5 years. BELIEVE IN THE CULTURE.
