I got it. Here's how inspectiongate went down:

Randy showed up and thought "jebbus chrimmany, what a SHATHOLE". But hey for five hundie I'll take a look.
Meanwhile FBCooch follows Randy around like a lap dog. "Huh Spike? Huh? Whatchya see, Spike?"
Randy then was all like "Hay buuud, give me an hour or so and I'll be finished up. Get on back in tha trailer an I'll holler win I'm dun".
FBCooch goes back into the trailer and pops a hungry man tv dinner into the stove, breaks out the tv tray, then eats on the recliner while watching Matlock and drinking a Mello Yellow.
Randy finishes up and raps on the trailer door. "Hay buuud, I've done finished up out cheeer. Muh report'll be done as soon as I kin get the old lady to tipe it up".
FBCooch pounces. "What'd ya find?"
Randy: "wale not too much. She needs a little air in the tiyuhs an a few other lil thangs but thas about it".
FBCooch sees him off. FBCooch's wife returns from her daily pounding from the baked chicken position by the state trooper and asks how the inspection went. FBCooch tells her it's "just a few minor thangs, no big deal".
*Now at this point the inspector just wanted to get TF out of that infested trailer. He's thinking there ain't NO WAY POSSIBLE this thing is even worth selling or buying, but he also don't give AF because not his problem.
The report is given to the now former buyers. New roof, new deck, new septic, new a/c duct work, most electricity out of code...the list goes on.
Now FBCooch is having to save face with both the Jounge AND his bottomed out wife, and is doing so under the cloak of principle around not being able to physically see this report.
