Hey, what is the feedback on sizing of NC locker room gear?

What I heard is the Nike gear shirts (printed before the game) are cheap, very thin, and are
a size too small.


But I possibly heard the sweatshirts and hoodies are better, more true to size? I usually wear XL, because I like a little room in the shoulders.


Anyone know?
