2 more transfer or 2 more high school players for Brownell?

Mar 11, 2016, 9:16 AM

Which do you prefer and why?

If Blossomgame goes pro or graduates in May and transfers, would that change your thinking?

How would either help 2016/17 season

Mar 11, 2016, 9:17 AM

if JB were to leave? That plan has to take shape last year.

Kids that can actually play next year would be much more

likely to help next year than a transfer that has to sit out and with the experience gained next year, they would be much more likely to help the in the years after. The use of transfers seems intended in part to delay judgement on his coaching performance and buy him time at $1.7 million per, much as his supporters have argued for the last two years.

Our next likely commitment was actually dismissed from the Robert Morris program for reasons that seem less than desirable.

I would like to see some evidence that he can actually recruit to the new facilities that next year's freshmen can enjoy.

I read your link on this from yesterday and hoped it was a joke or sarcasm. If serious I doubt that would help anyway. BB seems to want things done a certain way. Sounds like that guy isnt going to fit into anything that isnt about him.

Robert Morris thinks he was a cancer on the team and

he couldn't or wouldn't play defense. Couple that with his inability to contribute next year and the question is "Why?"

Are there any HS players that haven't signed

Mar 11, 2016, 10:59 AM [ in reply to Kids that can actually play next year would be much more ]

that we would want? I would think that the graduating HS seniors that have basketball skills are already packing their bags for the college destination.

Are there any HS players that Coach Brownell could sign?

Mar 11, 2016, 11:28 AM

Probably not. No sense of urgency. He's content to troll the transfer market for other team's rejects.

Graduating Transfers

Mar 11, 2016, 9:25 AM

Best teams get 1-year 5-star studs, we might as well pursue seasoned and hard working 1-year transfers.

HS players - not sure the transfer route is the answer.***

I personally want only 1 transfer

Mar 11, 2016, 12:29 PM

and that's Brownell. Out.
