and she was reportedly standing by him when he fired at police who did have right house & permission for search. Saying, he fired 1st shot.
And, there’s evidence that the officers Did yell out that they were police and to open up, but no, this BF opened fire thru the door hitting one cop in the leg.
Game on!
Elsewhere, the other boyfriend (the drug dealing ex-boyfriend) found & arrested nearby in another warranted search said in a jail phone call that she handled his thousands of cash and knew about his drug dealings.
So, she may not have been shot in bed asleep as reported.
With evidence that the public doesn’t know OR want to know, the District Attorney of the state of Kentucky
decided not to charge 2 of the 3 Police Officers (aka: Cops).
Oh, this chief DA of Kentucky is a BLACK man! Bet the Democratic affiliated Antifa & other Socialist groups will be marching & screaming at his house.
Saying, let’s hold off of making snap decisions!
Note: I have not & do not say this Nurse should have been shot & killed! In fact, I’m saddened that her BF is the direct cause of her death and one would hope that b/4 he fired at police he would have sent her to a safer place in the house.

to do with racist cops hunting down and killing black people, or a racist system that targets black people because they are black. It was a failure of the police to properly identify the location and current living situation of her ex boyfriend, who was the real target of the investigation. She and her current boyfriend did nothing wrong. The cops who served the warrant did nothing wrong (in contributing to Breonna's death).

They arrested her ex bf about the same time. They had warrants to go into both houses at the same time. Her ex BF found out about her death over the police scanner while under arrest at the other house. They were trying to go to both places.

But I also don't blame the police for shooting back.
The no-knock warrant idea seems flawed, but it was legally carried out and the officers themselves aren't at fault for what happened.
Fix the law - let the cops go. And acknowledge the tragedy of Ms. Taylor's death...

It was her ex-boyfriend that was the "druggie". He wasn't in her apartment and the cops knew he wasn't there.
With that said, it sounds like the grand jury got it right from what I've heard, but I need to read in more on this to say that for sure.
A very sad situation since the woman died and shouldn't have.

He did shoot at cops first thinking that his house was being invaded, but he didn't know it was the cops. He had no reason to shoot if he knew it was the cops. He had broken no laws. I guess that's why the charges were dropped against for shooting the cop.

can you clarify what exactly you have a problem with?
From where I sit, it looks like the boyfriend who shot first legitimately thought someone was breaking into the apartment. Apparently the DA thinks that too and that's why charges were dropped. You don't strike me as someone who would have a problem with someone using a firearm in defense of property and person against an intruder. Assuming that's true (and correct me if it's not)....what in the heck is your point here?
Are you saying the lady somehow deserved to be shot because she was standing next to her boyfriend that was, in her mind, defending her?

No, I never said or thought the nurse should have been shot or killed..but she was killed since she was near her BF and not in bed as written by media.
Also, her ex-BF stated that she handled his drug cash (not necessarily the drugs) and was the reason for the authorized search.
Lastly, if her BF was alarmed by the cops yelling thru the door to let them in peacefully, then why are some of you saying he didn’t know what was going down and felt the cops were dangerous intruders?
They yelled first to warn whoever was inside to open up.
Oh, heard it stated that he should have asked Breonna to leave the room, especially if he felt threatened from the knock on the door and he was going to fire his gun thru the door.

The Kentucky AG just repeated what we already know. Imo, expecting that to change anything with BLM/Antifa thugs and their supporters is insanity. None of the last five or six reasons they gave for rioting were related to the facts of the cases they cited during their riots.
The main reason the riots continue is that democrat run cities tolerate them because they are trying to hurt Trump and Trump voters so Biden can be elected. My position is this, I do not care what democrats do to themselves now any more than I cared what the monks in Nam did when the torched themselves in protest.
