and I would have to sit there and watch the girls practice.


I always felt like people were staring at me and judging me like "who's that pervert dude over there" simply for the fact that I was a man.





Also because my d-rod was fully torqued and poking out of my sweatpants.

My daughter chose to run track and cross country.

She ran the 400 and was part of the 4x400 team. 400 is usually around the 2nd event, with the 4x4 being the final event. This made for a long afternoon at the high school level, and all freaking day at weekend events.

We'd arrive prior to the gates opening...I'd watch her run for 60 seconds...then sit around all day to see her 4x4 team run for 4 minutes.

Cross country??? Arrive on site around 6:00AM on a Saturday morning...watch them run into the woods around 7:00...watch them run out of the woods around 7:15. Driving home by 8:00.

Enjoy your gymnastics in a conditioned, covered space.
