McShay is a hack job. Cooper is 3rd round talent. Can't stand the dirtpeckers, but I will give credit where it's due.

Good joke, except for the small fact that the NFL draft is in fact 7 rounds

I really have never liked that guy.

Cooper is legit NFL, all the way. Seventh round? If I was an NFL GM picking in the 5th or 6th round and Cooper was somehow still around I'd trade every pick I had left to get him. I think he's worth a 3rd-4th rounder, minimum, maybe even a 2nd, and will make some NFL GM look very good. Guy is physically very, very talented, but he has the work ethic, attitude, coachability, and desire a lot of recent Gamecock players simply have not had.

I wish he'd been wearing orange, and I think he would have been starting for Clemson this year, even as loaded at WR as we were, which is how much I think of Cooper. Guy can play. Let us not dump on him merely because he decided to play for our rivals.

They will miss him, Brandon Shell, and Skai Moore a lot next year. Other than that they were painfully think on legit talent.

By "that guy", I mean McShay. He's always seemed arrogant, full of himself, utter certain about things he was transparently dead wrong on, and wrongheaded, and I never really understood his "process", because it seems awfully durn random.

Did not mean to appear to be dissing on Cooper. Was actually defending him; I thought he was by a bunch the Gamecocks' #1 player this past year or two.

I always appreciate an honest post. He is an excellent player.***

Is Skai Moore leaving too? I hadn't heard.

If he thinks Pharoh Cooper will fall that far. No way. Cooper's one of those players you just have to admire, especially now that he's moving on from SCar. He has legit star power talent.
