been doing it for probably 10 years this way.
Give them credit card, get 1 year, $5/month deal.
Enter this date on your Outlook Calendar, that date 1 year in advance (expiration date).
Enter another calendar reminder ---- 1 week in advance of this date
When that date comes up, call them and cancel. You'll get about $0.75 or so credit on your account.
Wait about 2 weeks.....play some old CDs for a week or two. Or buy a new one.
You WILL get bombarded with e-mails and/or mailings, offering this same $5/month deal.
Sign back up for the $5/month deal for another year.
Put milk in fridge, rinse and repeat.

they are billing you $13/month 12 months at a time, call them and yell only to get a "Sorry, your fault" from the manager.
I tried to go Karen. We thought they cut it off because it didn't work. In actuality, they were still billing me and sending a signal, we just needed to update something to get it working again. There goes $150ish dollars down the toilet.
