He’s got a wicked breaker too. Think the bigs were more excited about that than his fb. He’s already got good command of 3 pitches.

I was reading his story about Big Dave and baseball is/was his first love. He’s stated several times that was a factor in his choice was to play dual sports. I heard he and Davis Sharpe hit it off really well.

Kyler Murray played two years with the Sooners... so we’ll see. DJ Uiagalelei will get a very lucrative offer, much like km.

We’ll see how it works but he’s a smart kid and will figure it out. It would be amazing to become the first college athlete (modern era) to guide their college team to a Natty and a CWS title!!!! Dream Big - Dabo’s proved they can come true.

He just might end up being the MVP of both squads

Nuk learned the hard way to make a choice and stick with it.

He wasted a spring fooling with basketball. When he showed up on the field that fall he had the best hands on the team. Even that couldn't compensate for not knowing the playbook and having built his body to block.

By the time he quit basketball to put proper focus on football skills and development Clemson had landed someone named Sammy Watkins who had hands just as good, more speed and stole Nuk's thunder for the next couple years.

I wonder what Nuk could have done with that first season had he given proper attention to football that spring.

Maybe DJ can pull it off. We'll see.

The only thing that concerns me is he is pitching 93-95 mph. Kyler and Kyle Parker played in the field! Pitching like that causes a lot of torque on your arm. I would be terrified of injuring my arm and needing tommy John surgery. But I guess you can’t play scared.

In addition to wear and tear on His Arm, he will still have to participate in Spring Practice.
