Those rankings don't mean much to me. I genuinely don't think Florida or Auburn are much better, if at all, to ACC teams just behind us like a Virginia or VaTech. If you don't count Jimbo's garbage TD with 6 seconds left in the game, the two SEC teams we have played have managed a total of 6 points against us. Does that indicate the SEC teams are so much better than ACC teams? The ranking are based on the perception that the SEC teams are all much better than the ACC teams and I don't see any evidence on the field that it's true unless you compare teams at the bottom.

Bro...come on.

You honestly think VA/VT could've beaten Alabama last weekend?

There is a huge dropoff from the top 3, to the rest of the top 10. And a big drop off after ~12 to the rest of the Top 25. But, the ACC sucks right now. Every single team in the ACC (minus Clemson) could lose to GT or Syracuse or NCST on any given weekend. That's not the sign of parity, that's the sign of poor teams.

Auburn isn't elite, but their 3 losses are to legit Top 10 teams with the worst being by 11 points on the road. They didn't lose to any of the creampuffs like UVA and VT did.

UF's only 2 losses are to CFP teams.

UVA lost to UL and Miami.
VT lost to Duke and BC (among others).

I mean, seriously.
