SHOULD have had quick snap to avoid review. Also the refs blew next play dead AFTER the snap to review previous play.

have been more on target...DW broke the ACC record for yardage, but this was far from his best game.
Have to pull themselves together and not let this loss lose another game this year.

I noted that too , the ref blew whistle a full second after the snapped football .

The ref has a buzzer that goes off which tells him to blow the whistle to review. So it's not the whistle just the buzzer.

Our coaches failed us there as they should recognize this and get to the line quick and run play. Do they not watch the game ?? I mean come on, coaching was poor today without question.

Was that called an incomplete pass or did they call him down at the spot of the catch?

Called him down. And he was. BUT he gained another 15 yards after the catch which was negated.
