Neither does it dispute the fact that the left has turned our courts into an illegitimate legislative branch of government which finds law rather than having congress to make law.
You can't disagree on fact so you shoot the messenger. That says more about you than it says about gateway pundits.
You should be consoled that ACB will only set things back to normal and return America to its original state rather than turning it into a KKK kingdom which would be the opposite of what RBG and the left tried to do. Normal sounds pretty dammmmned good to most Americans.

for decades now on immigration, social security, environment - gerrymandering has made many Pub districts into outsized positions. You don't lose your seat if a bill your people don't like gets passed, even if it's better for the country overall and your folks also, they just don't see it that way today. Primaries are too often elections these days, and we're the worse for it.
So much of your post is sad dribble. I generally expect better bchit from the 88.
