Trump and CPAC today-3:40 PM

It's supposed to be in the mid 70's in the Upstate today, so I plan on entering the transfer portal to enjoy the outdoors. I do want to watch Trump's speech later tonight. Will he announce his plans for March 4th today? Will he spend more time skewering Pence, McCarthy, McConnell and the military for not stopping the steal or spend more time addressing Biden's executive orders? What's the over/under on the length of the speech? I'm going with 72 minutes. I don't see him sticking to the text and he doesn't like it when he doesn't get his way. Should be interesting.
