We beat Bama this year (assuming Tua stays healthy and gets them there), we will have beat the “best team ever” twice in the last three years.
Also, if we had been full strength in 2015, would be 3 of the last 4 vs Bama.
Then we turn around and play them again next year with a new look defense...

Yeah I tend to agree that if Mike Williams was healthy and Deon didn't get busted and sat for drugs we would have won that game too

The big miss in that game was Amon Lakip, who kicked the ball through the end zone quite often. Without him, Huegel could not and Kenyon Drake returned one for a touchdown, the difference in the game. I believe Huegel had a field goal attempt deflected also. The recovered onside kick was also a killer. Terrible special teams play in that game.

I really feel we were the better team. Don't forget about Kearse and lock down Mac. Alex. But, they beat us, and that's how it goes.

ever go hungry. We have to settle for being tied 2-2 after this season, and set the preseason goal at nothing less than taking a 3-2 lead in the series next year. I'll be good with that. Using my Peerless Prognostication Perspective, I believe that is exactly what Dabo keeps talking about when he says the Best is Yet to Come.
