Could Spiers have gotten a first down there?

Shifted right and all FSU defenders bailed into blocking, no one came up to challenge so he had three blockers in front. It was a loooong way to the first down marker but he had a lot of green in front and could’ve gone to the long stick on the left with those three blockers to shed on the inside.

There was no need for it but I’m interested if it’s 1) allowed; and, 2) feasible
