Was through Cootlumbia over the weekend. Looks like a new plaza and new brick and iron fencing going up around Willy B.
But they will not tear out the old trashy lower deck of the original Carolina Stadium. And it's still too overcrowded inside and generally nasty.
Still surrounded by some beautiful warehouses. Only saw three crackheads.

The new fences draped in concertina wire ? They need it , that way the stadium will take longer to clear out at the start of 4th quarters this season.
Before , the really ashamed would just scurry up and over the wall to avoid maximum embarrassment time apent leaving the scene of the beating .
