It wasn't long ago when everybody on this board was saying the SEC only had Alabama and everybody else was mediocre. So if it's not Alabama in the chick fila, which it isn't it should be a piece of cake!

better to lose to another top 10 team than beat another scrub. 11-2 is great, but if we beat Miss St or vandy what have we accomplished?
If we lose to another top 10 team at least it will expose our weaknesses and Dabo will make changes to deal with it.

game at all.
It would be nice to win and finish 11-2, possibly top ten, but 10-3 and top 25 isn't that much different.
Bowl wins or losses never have any effect on the next season.

The team must keep playing the toughest in the SEC they can. Not only does the offense, esp Boyd, need to feel a serious defensive line, but we need coaches to prove their skills too. That DID NOT happen vs SC.
Given our defense and esp the secondary, I would not be p'od if we lost to, say, LSU. But if we were in the game the whole time I'll feel a lot better about the opening of 2013.
