My wife suggested I share, which make sense following soywalker's recent tale for the GI challenged... If you happen to have celiac disease, Backstreets carries Redbridge beer. It is terrible, but it is drinkable. It is not gluten-removed, which is okay for those with imaginary gluten intolerance, but it is actually acceptable for those for whom gluten destroys their small intestine. Show them some love so they keep carrying it...and don't forget to tip your bartender.

Little tip...any beer brewed with barley, wheat or rye is NEVER gluten free. Luckily, any celiac would know that. Again, for anyone who needs it, Backstreets sells it.
