You don't get "Clemson" $2 bills. You get $2 bills and add the paw yourself. Go to any bank for the bills.

Usually any bank will provide them if you ask for it.

You will have to stamp the paws yourself.

A lot of banks won't have them on-hand. They would need to order them in. Especially in Columbia I'm sure.

who had a ton of them. Traded a c-note for 53 of them. He wasn't real smart. Asked him his story since he had on nice UA threads. Turned out it was Travaris Robinson. He's in bad shape after what our O did to him.

Are you trying to find $2 bills already stamped? As mentioned, many banks have $2 bills but you will likely have to check with several branches. For the Tiger Paws, you will need a stamp and orange ink.
FWIW, I spent several in Charlotte a few weeks back. The next day, I gave one to a cashier at Lowe's while still in Charlotte. She had to call a manager to see if she could take it. The stamp and the odd denomination really confused her.

I called around to several banks until I found some $2. As far as the stamp, I only found them in Clemson. Best bet is to call friends that may have a stamp.
