Not really. They play professionally in Europe generally. They dont even play college ball. For example Luka Doncic who is from Slovenia and is a superstar for the Dallas Mavs and was the 3rd pick in the NBA draft played 3 years of pro ball in Spain before he even joined the NBA. He is only 20 years old. At 16 he was already playing pro basketball in Spain. The players we played in Europe in that tournament were Europe's scrubs.
