Are Fiesta Bowl tickets hard tickets or etickets?

I had 200 from the Fiesta and they were all mobile (QR PDF) but I'm unsure if the tickets being sent to Clemson donors are hard tickets being mailed or PDFs being emailed. I just called the ticket office and they are closed for the day.

Tickets purchased through Clemson Athletics will be electronic.
