race on a weekend.
A driver getting out of his car and approaching another car is common at dirt tracks. It happens all of the time when a driver is pissed. It even happens in NASCAR. Mr. Stewart has even approached cars to launch his helmet.

Yes. NASCAR has a drug testing policy. Exactly what that is I am unsure. I do know there are random in season tests for recreational drugs and PEDs. But do not know their race day or crash policy.

The wreck has nothing to do with NASCAR. It did not occur at a NASCAR sanctioned event.
